The first tasting a few hours after roasting gives us the following notes :
- When hot : violette, strawberry, passionfruit, jasmine
- When warm : jasmin, violette, rose and lychee. Red fruits like cherry
- When cold : peach, jasmine, violette and cascara. Velvety body
