Whole beans from the farm Auromar, in Panama. It is a geisha in washed process. The farm calls it Auromar Firestone. A few hours after roasting, we felt :
- When hot : jasmine, tea-like and orange
- When warm : floral like jasmine, orange blossom. Very clean.
- When cold : jasmine

We had the chance to visit this farm in 2024 and 2026. We got meet Roberto the producer. It was a very important moment for us as roasters because we really do love the signature of Auromar, which is totally unique. Part of the farm is located in a forest. The coffee trees grow among very old and big trees. You can see more and all the stories from both our visits : 2024 visit and 2026 visit.
We know this coffee was much appreciated by all our customers. Roberto is an incredibly sweet person. He even put alcohol on our feet so we don’t get human botfly. In 2026, their goal is to build their own mill so they will be able to control all the quality end-to-end.
