Description
Whole beans from the farm Mi Finquita Chibor, in Panama. It is a geisha washed.
A few hours after roasting, Joachim wrote this lot is Panama on steroïds :
- When hot, it is very floral, sweet, bergamot.
- When warm, we realize it is very complex and straightfoward. It stays very floral and jasmine. Still very bergamot. Probably it will evolve as the coffee stabilizes.
- When cold, the coffee remains floral.

We got to visit Tessie and Ratibor in Panama during our January 2026 trip. People say that there is coffee flowing into this family’s vein. Driven by passion, they aim to keep improving the quality of their coffees. A great care is taken there. The beds are super clean. When we arrived Ratibor were literally the hands into the coffee cherries working on a specific fermentation.
