Description
Whole beans from Boquete region in Panama, from Morgan Estate. It is a washed processed geisha. A few hours after roasting, Joachim wrote the following notes about this coffee :
- When hot, it has a beautiful acidity and it is very floral.
- When warm, you get some jasmine, violette, bergamote.
- When cold, remains a strong flavor of jasmine.

In 2017, 2024 and 2026, we visited this farm located in Chiriqui on the west side of the volcano. It does not look like a farm but more a garden then a forest with coffee trees here and there. Unfortunately in 2020, a hurricane hit this area causing casualties and landslides. This farm means a lot ot us because tasting this cup had a huge impact on our coffee lives and showed us more than 10 years ago that coffee can have this flavors. This leads us to meet Jamison Savage.
