Description
Whole beans from the farm Iris Estate in the region of Boquete in Panama. It is a natural processed geisha called Afterglow. A few hours after roasting, we noticed the folllowing notes :
- When hot, it is a clean cup with mango, passionfruit and bergamot.
- When warm, you still get the exotic fruits but with berries like strawberry, blueberry. There is also orange and blood orange.
- When cold stays fermented mango.
