Description
Whole beans from the farm Iris Estate in the region of Boquete in Panama. It is a washed geisha called Terroir. A few hours after roasting, we noticed the folllowing notes :
- When hot, it is elegant and flower with a lot of jasmine.
- When warm, is has jasmine, violette, litchi, lemon and bergamote.
- When cold it stays very jasmine.
