Whole beans from the farm Gesha Village, Gesha 1931 varietal in natural process. The first tasting a few hours after roasting gives us the following notes :
- When hot : violette, strawberry and rose
- When warm : powdery violette, rose and lychee. Red fruits like cherry
- When cold : rose petals, powdery, violette and lychee
