Description
Whole beans from the farm Mi Finquita in the area of Los Pozos, in the region of Boquete in Panama. It is a natural processed geisha. During our first quality control (done as always in V60), when hot, the coffees tasted mango, passionfruit. When hot, it was still mango and passionfruit, yellow peach and tropical fruits. When cold, the mango is still here with papaya. The body is full. It is a very juicy and not too fermented coffee.
