Whole beans from the Finca Deborah from Boquete in Panama. It is an extended natural processed geisha. Jamison Savage, the producer named the process Umbra. A few hours after roasting, Joachim wrote the following notes about this coffee :

  • When hot, it exotic fruits like mango, passionfruit
  • When warm, still the exotic fruits with hints of strawberry. It is a super clean cup and very sweet as well !
  • When cold, the coffee remains mango and tastes also papaya and persimmon. Not over fermented at all.
