Whole beans from the farm Finca La Betania, geisha varietal in semi-washed also called white honey process. The first tasting a few hours after roasting gives us the following notes :
- When hot : fruity and floral, orange, grapefruit, red fruits
- When warm : stays very fruity with red fruits, apricot, orange, grapefruit. Quite powerful.
