We offer seating exclusively around our bar — no takeaway cups, no sugar, no pastries, and no music — because we believe good coffee deserves to be savored slowly and as it is, in order to fully appreciate the terroir. Joachim, the shop’s sole barista and roaster, will take the time to guide you through the origins, recipes, and stories behind each coffee. Due to high demand, this experience is now available by reservation only.
8 years ago, he chose to roast very lightly to preserve the unique characteristics of each coffee’s terroir. This style is now known as ultra-light roasting. Joachim roasts on a Loring S7, located in the shop’s workshop. Production volumes are small, as we prioritize quality and consistency. On our shelves, you’ll find our coffees, along with carefully selected equipment and accessories to help you brew at home.
