Whole beans from the farm Auromar, in Panama. It is a geisha washed process. We were able to get a microlot. We were so impatient we tasted the coffee one hour after roasting. This is the Auromar flavors we were looking for : intense floralness, delicate and elegant.

We had the chance to visit this farm in 2024 and meet Roberto. It was a very important moment for us as roasters because we really do love the signature of Auromar, which is totally unique. We know this coffee was much appreciated by all our customers. Roberto is an incredibly sweet person.
