Whole beans from the farm Gesha Village, Gesha 1931 varietal in washed process. The first tasting a few hours after roasting gives us the following notes :
- When hot : floral, rose and lemon.
- When warm : floral, sweet, jasmin, peach and apricot, rose and violette. Beautiful body.
- When cold : jasmine and apricot. More like a Panamanian geisha.
