Description
Whole beans from the farm Bambito in the region of Boquete in Panama. It is a washed processed geisha.
A few hours after roasting, Joachim wrote down the following notes :
- When hot, it is very pure with white flowers.
- When warm, you can get jasmine, a bit of violette but also bergamot and hints of peach.
- When cold, the cup stays very floral with jasmine and white flowers. The body is very silky and heavy.

Priscilla is one of the sweetest producer we have ever met (I don’t know what is has to do in this coffee description but I really wanted to write that down). Bambito is a small farm, a family business. The geisha are planted at the higher elevation of the farm.
